Recruitment Coordinator Recruitment Industry, Candidate Delivery, Telephone Resourcing Leicester, East Midlands, LE3 Base salary: £24,000 – £26,000 (negotiable depending on experience) Benefits: Commission paid per candidate placed, Quarterly bonus for hitting all KPIs, Annual personal performance bonus, Annual team performance bonus, Modern office space with well-equipped communal spaces Progression: Clear long-term progression as the business scales Due to increasing demand and growing candidate volumes, we are now hiring our first Recruitment Coordinator. This is a key hire designed to support business growth, improve candidate flow, and create consistency across candidate delivery. Marmon Lift Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency operating exclusively within the lift, stairlift, and vertical transportation industry. With over 10 years’ experience, a strong personal brand, and a highly engaged network of 13,000 LinkedIn connections, we partner with some of the UK’s most respected lift companies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, working in a structured environment, and playing a vital role in a growing specialist recruitment business — without the pressure of sales or client acquisition. Commutable from: M1, Wigston, Oadby, Loughborough, Syston, Enderby, Thurmaston, Groby, Coalville, Markfield, Sileby, Whetstone Responsibilities of a Recruitment Coordinator: * Make outbound calls to an established database of lift engineers and all supporting roles. * Re-engage dormant candidates and update availability and work preferences * Handle inbound candidate enquiries professionally and efficiently * Conduct first-stage candidate qualification (skills, experience, location, motivation) * Book qualified candidates for interviews with the Recruitment Consultant * Accurately update and maintain CRM records * Support CV formatting and candidate documentation * Work closely with the Director and Marketing/Admin apprentice to support live vacancies The Ideal Recruitment Coordinator: Essential: * Confident, professional phone manner * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls * Highly organised and process-driven * Resilient, consistent, and reliable * Coachable and open to feedback * Valid UK driving licence Desirable (but not essential): * Call centre, telesales, or recruitment resourcing experience * Experience speaking with technical, engineering, or trade-based professionals * Recruitment experience in any sector Apply to this Recruitment Coordinator: 1.
