Job Title: Resource Manager Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid/Office-based) Day Rate: £200 (Outside IR35) Contract Length: 12 Months Language Requirement: Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written) The Resource Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating resourcing across all Professional Services and Education engagements. Working closely with Services Account Managers and Delivery Managers, the role ensures that the right resources are assigned based on skills, availability, and contractual requirements, enabling timely delivery, optimal utilisation, and accurate forecasting. Job Responsibilities/Objectives: Manage and coordinate resourcing for Professional Services and Education engagements Assign resources based on skills, availability, and Statements of Work Resolve resource conflicts and support engagement delivery from booking to closure Build and maintain resource and revenue forecasts Monitor utilisation and address under- or over-allocation Coordinate scheduling with internal teams and clients Support subcontractor resourcing and virtual training delivery Participate in weekly resource planning meetings Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: Experience in resource or project management (software/professional services) Strong Excel and MS Office skills Experience with Salesforce/FinancialForce desirable Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent Arabic and English If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply now with your updated CV in Microsoft Word/PDF format.
