Teaching Personnel is working closely with a number of welcoming and supportive schools in Bridport who are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams. We have a range of part-time and long-term opportunities available, primarily within primary schools, with some roles also available in middle school settings.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is looking for stability, flexibility, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the classroom.
Position Details:
* Role: Teaching Assistant
* Location: Bridport and surrounding areas
* School Types: Mainly primary schools, with some middle school opportunities
* Start Date: Immediate and ongoing
* Contract: Part-time and long-term roles available
* Pay: Competitive daily rates, paid weekly via PAYE
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience supporting children in a school or similar setting
* Is confident working in a classroom environment and supporting pupils’ learning
* Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Is flexible, reliable, and committed to long-term placements
* Is happy to work across primary and middle school settings when required
* Can drive (preferably) and travel to local schools
