They are seeking a professional senior administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new role I am seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator to join a small team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth running of administrative operations, supporting senior leaders, and contributing to the success of the team.Some of your duties will include but not limited to. Managing and coordinating administrative tasks to support various departments. Preparing reports and correspondence. Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Organising and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Updating systems Dealing with the office inbox Streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within financial services. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel The ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
