The Role
As New Homes Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving performance and delivering exceptional results. You will:
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented Sales Executives across multiple developments
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets
* Oversee site launches, pricing, marketing, and the full customer journey
* Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery and outstanding customer experience
