DesignRush, a B2B marketplace connecting brands with agencies, is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact email campaigns across newsletters, automation workflows, and lead nurturing funnels.
The candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members.

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Manager whose main goal is to drive engagement and conversion through strategic, data-driven email marketing campaigns. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering value to our audience and generating qualified leads through targeted email workflows.

* Create upsell and cross-sell flows tied to user intent and lifecycle stages

DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Plan, execute, and optimize weekly email newsletters and promotional sends, and manage the entire funnel
* Build and manage lifecycle automation: onboarding, dormant reactivation, upsell/cross-sell
* Lead segmentation strategies for agencies, brands, and different buyer profiles
* Work with design/content to ensure compelling creative and UX
* Analyze email revenue performance and deliver actionable recommendations
* Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years in email marketing, preferably in B2B or agency/marketplace environments
* Proven success building email revenue funnels, ideally with upsell/retention mechanics
* Experience in ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Marketo
* Fluent written/spoken English with strong copy instincts
* Comfortable with HTML/CSS for minor adjustments
* Available between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. ET
* Knowledge of AI tools and workflow automations
* Experience with B2B email automations for eCommerce or marketplace products is a strong plus
