The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional, friendly, and solutions-focused service across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
* Resolving order, delivery, and returns queries efficiently and empathetically
* Providing detailed product and brand information in line with our premium standards
* Managing customer records accurately using internal systems
* Escalating complex issues where necessary and following through to resolution
About You
Seeking someone who is confident, articulate, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
You will ideally have:
* Previous customer service experience, ideally within retail or a premium brand
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A calm, professional approach with strong problem-solving abilities
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
