i-teachers are currently working with an excellent secondary school based in the Lincoln area who are looking to find a hard-working, dedicated and resilient Pupil Support Coach to provide dedicated 1:1 support both inside and out of the classroom for the remainder of the academic year for KS4 students with SEMH & behavioural needs in the lead up to their GCSEs.

Pupil Support Coach – Role Information:
1. Pupil Support Coach
2. Located in Lincoln (LN1)
3. Based in one secondary school
4. Remainder of academic year – Monday to Friday
5. Working hours: 08.30am – 15.00pm
6. FREE online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding
7. Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group support for KS4 students
8. Creating support sessions tailored around EHCP
9. Interviewing for role ASAP – Apply NOW!
Pupil Support Coach – Applicant Requirements:
10. Minimum 2:1 Core Subject, Psychology or Sociology UK based degree
11. Strong academic background
12. Prior experience working with children or young people
13. Naturally outgoing and dedicated individual
14. Excellent organisation and communication skills
15. Ability to build strong rapport with children and adolescents
