Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the heart of London. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and team management in our food and beverage operations.
Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver consistent and memorable service to all our guests
Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and other food service areas
Train, develop, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
Manage stock levels, place orders, and control costs whilst maintaining quality
Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery
Organise and oversee special events and promotions
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, set goals, and address any concerns
Assist in creating staff schedules and managing payroll within the department

Qualifications Proven experience in a similar food and beverage leadership role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and developing team members
Exceptional customer service orientation with a keen eye for detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in managing teams and delegating tasks effectively
Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations, including health and safety regulations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, sound decisions
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Fluency in English is essential
Relevant qualifications in hospitality management are desirable, but not mandatory
