Qualifications - About You
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 to 2 years retail management experience
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Basic computer proficiency
* Strong math and reading comprehension skills
* Understanding of customer service importance
* Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically
* Physical ability to stand during shifts and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs occasionally
* Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and operating POS systems
