The successful candidate will currently be in a high performing Store Manager or Sales Manager role, ready to take the next step in their retail career. Your role/responsibilities will include: To lead, inspire, motivate, develop and coach a high performing store sales team through effective leadership, to achieve their personal and team sales targets. Provide an excellent customer experience, by helping customers to choose the perfect additions to their homes, and building a strong rapport with customers to understand their needs. Strive to meet set KPIs to develop your personal performance. Maintain high store standards ensuring NCF customers are provided with a positive, engaging shopping experience and a first class solution to their interior design requirements. You will be directly responsible for overseeing the effective day to day management of the store, including staff/rota planning, staff appraisals and general performance reviews. Requirements: Experience of managing people Experience of working within sales and retail/FMCG Ability to manage people and have a clear dichotomy between yourself and subordinates Effective communicator at all levels Awareness of KPIs, expectations and deadlines Strong admin and analytical skills The role offers an immediate start for the suitable candidate.
