The Connection Coordinator will report to the Team Leader and work within Connections Services, Network Operations at our Bury St Edmunds office. This is a permanent position.
Salary: £34,170 per annum with a 3% bonus.

Job Purpose
Responsible for delivering end-to-end metered connection services for customers requiring new or altered connections within the minor category (1-4 properties or up to 69kVA). This includes handling enquiries, quotations, site visits, payments, MPAN number allocation, and coordinating work schedules.
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop strong customer relationships.
2. Manage customer enquiries and facilitate site visits.
3. Prepare and issue quotations, process payments, and manage site scheduling.
4. Coordinate with operational teams and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
5. Address customer complaints and escalate as necessary.
6. Maintain compliance with standards and contribute to projects related to regulation and process improvements.
