Job Description
CLINICAL DEPUTY MANAGER – East Sussex
LEADERSHIP ROLE FOR NURSES WHO REFUSE TO SETTLE
You didn’t become a nurse to punch the clock.
You became a nurse to lead, to influence outcomes, and to set the tone for clinical excellence.
If you’re tired of being underutilised, underappreciated, or buried in bureaucracy — this is your invitation to step into the arena.
THE MISSION:
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll be the engine behind safe, person-centred care and clinical quality.
You’ll lead by example, coach with conviction, and hold your team to a higher standard because lives are on the line, and you don't do mediocre.
This is a role for someone who isn’t afraid to make decisions, challenge the status quo, and drive performance with compassion and urgency.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
* Set and maintain exceptional clinical standards
* Coach and develop nurses and care teams
* Ensure compliance, governance, and outstanding care delivery
* Work side-by-side with the Home Manager to lead strategy, audits, and people development
* Act fast, solve problems, and keep outcomes sharp
WHO YOU ARE:
* You’re a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with an active NMC PIN
* You’ve got the experience — and the scars — from leading clinical teams
* You don’t wait to be told what to do
* You hold yourself (and others) to elite standards
* You believe leadership is about action, not titles
WHAT YOU GET:
* Up to £55K for doing work that actually matters
* Paid NMC fees & clinical training
* 24/7 well-being support & leadership coaching
* Progression pathway toward full home management
* A team that respects your expertise — and expects your best
This is not a desk job.
This is not a babysitting gig.
This is clinical leadership with teeth — the kind that turns good teams into great ones.
If you’ve got the fire, the focus, and the follow-through... it’s time to lead.
Apply now. Own the role. Raise the bar.
