* Sleep-in shifts: £3,000 per annum (up to 10 shifts/month)

What You’ll Do
* Support young people in their daily routines, including school preparation, activities, and meal times.
* Create a warm, homely environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks.
* Build relationships and provide emotional support during both highs and lows.
* Participate in fun, meaningful activities like trips to the park, board games, or movies.
* Complete essential planning and documentation.

Legal & Vetting Requirements

* All applicants must pass an enhanced DBS check and provide references covering the past two years, including roles involving vulnerable groups.
* New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately.
* Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
* All staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day‑to‑day role.
