Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Diversionary Planner based in Stockport. The Diversionary Planner will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating telecommunications infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment.
From a Diversionary planner you will be expected to mitigate any costs from a design prospective Day-to-day tasks include liaising with developers and partners, managing project timelines, cost control, and typically overseeing the installation of telecommunications equipment. The role requires strong project management skills and a keen attention to detail to ensure timely project completion within budget.
Qualifications
* Project management experience in Telecommunications and New Developments sectors
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Diversionary planning within Telecommunications
* Ability to manage timelines, control costs, and oversee installations
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency with project management software and tools
* Experience with regulatory compliance and quality standards
* Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field
* Experience working on-site in a construction or development environment is beneficial
* Understanding of New Road and Streetworks act 1991 is beneficial
