People Services Co-ordinator Peterborough £35,500 Are you an HR professional who loves precision, thrives on process, and enjoys helping people? We're partnering with a leading UK employer to find a talented People Services Co-ordinator, someone who can combine compliance, accuracy, and a real passion for employee experience. About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic People team where you'll play a key part in delivering seamless HR services. You'll be the go-to contact for employees and managers, ensuring every query is handled with professionalism and care. From onboarding and payroll coordination to data management and reporting, you'll be central to maintaining the integrity of HR processes and helping shape the employee journey. Key Responsibilities of People Services Co-ordinator Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries, providing timely, solutions-focused support. Deliver core People processes including onboarding, recruitment support, payroll coordination, and lifecycle administration. Maintain accurate and compliant employee data within HR systems. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure smooth process delivery. Produce accurate reports and insights to support decision-making. What We're Looking For - People Experience Co-ordinator Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset. Knowledge of core HR processes, employment law, and GDPR. Experience using HR systems (ideally SuccessFactors or similar). Proven background in HR administration or shared services.
