Key Responsibilities of People Services Co-ordinator Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries, providing timely, solutions-focused support. Deliver core People processes including onboarding, recruitment support, payroll coordination, and lifecycle administration. Maintain accurate and compliant employee data within HR systems. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure smooth process delivery. Produce accurate reports and insights to support decision-making. What We're Looking For - People Experience Co-ordinator Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset. Knowledge of core HR processes, employment law, and GDPR. Experience using HR systems (ideally SuccessFactors or similar). Proven background in HR administration or shared services.
