Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive club fitting sessions by analyzing swing data and player preferences to recommend optimal equipment configurations.
* Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging demos, highlighting the advantages of custom-fit clubs.
* Assist customers in selecting and purchasing golf clubs, accessories, and related merchandise, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
* Maintain an organized fitting area, including component rotation and storage.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, offering expert advice, and ensuring a positive interaction at every touchpoint.
* Handle transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments efficiently, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity.
About Clubhouse Golf Performance Fitting Centre:
The Performance Custom Fitting center is based at the Clubhouse Golf head office in Birchwood, Warrington. Our leading fitting center, it features two Foresight GCQuad Fitting Bays, extensive component offering, large putting green and equipment showroom. With a strong customer base, this premium Custom Fitting location provides a modern and professional environment to work in.
