🌟 What You’ll Do
* Be the first line of support for our users—via phone, email, and our ticketing system
* Troubleshoot complex software issues and think outside the box to find smart solutions
* Collaborate with engineering, sales, QA, and development teams to resolve customer challenges
* Educate and guide users to make the most of our platform and features
* Document every customer interaction with precision and care
* Advocate for our customers and share their feedback with internal teams
🧰 Your Toolkit
* Solid experience supporting enterprise software applications
* Comfort using SQL tools (e.g., SQL Server Management Studio), Microsoft Office, and remote support tools like GoToAssist, Splashtop, or N-Able
* Strong Windows knowledge (Mac OS is a bonus!)
* Advanced Excel skills—macros, data imports, and more
🤝 Who You Are
* A clear and confident communicator—written and verbal
* A self-starter who loves solving problems and learning on the go
* Highly organised, results-focused, and always thinking one step ahead
* Experienced in customer support or application support
* Knowledge of the flexographic printing or packaging industry is a big plus
* Bilingual in English/Spanish? Even better!

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* 2+ years in software or tech support roles preferred
