Location: Livingston / Central Scotland

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Your Role

Are you a proactive professional ready to drive growth? We’re looking for someone to lead our Power & Pump division in Central Scotland. In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities. Your mission? Increase sales, rentals, and profits by targeting both existing and new market verticals!


Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate, manage, and deliver the Sales plan for your territory.
* Introduce the Carrier range of products and services to the market, identifying strategic opportunities to grow market share.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver industry-leading standards to our customers.
* Build strong, value-adding relationships with existing customers.
* Prospect for new customers and explore opportunities with existing ones.
* Engage in continuous personal development on product and application knowledge.
* Contribute to and utilize Carrier Rental System data systems, especially our CRM.
* Provide insightful reports on customer inquiries, hires, and sales in your area.
* Assist in the collection of payments due for services provided.


What We’re Looking For

* Outside sales experience in Plant Hire or Construction (experience selling pump solutions is a plus).
* Familiarity with electrical power supply equipment like generators, solar, or battery storage solutions is beneficial.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Effective communication skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.
* A self-motivated attitude with a passion to win.
* A valid UK driving license.
