Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage land acquisition processes in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements
* Conduct thorough legal due diligence for real estate assets and transactions
* Handle real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating relevant legal documentation
Qualifications
* A law degree (J.D. or equivalent) and licensed to practice law
* 7 to 10 years of legal experience, strictly within top-tier law firms or leading real estate companies
* Proven track record in handling high-value property matters and navigating complex real estate laws
