Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
In our New Deer service, you will support 2 individuals living in adjacent bungalows. The individuals require flexible, reliable support, with a positive attitude and creativity. Each has unique interests, such as home and garden maintenance, arts and crafts, music, outings, and social activities. A full UK driving license is essential due to the remote location. We are recruiting for both full-time and part-time positions, with shifts from 8am to 9.30pm, 8am to 8am (sleepover), including some weekend work. Flexibility for early or late shifts is required.
Your values:
We value support that respects individuals and their homes, combined with fun! Reliability, honesty, and good communication are essential for building trust and ensuring the best support for the people we serve.
