Swift Temps are currently recruiting for a skilled Administrator to join a busy vehicle workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with customer service skills to work within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Collecting orders from reception and dealing with customers in person
* Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries
* Inputting and maintaining accurate data in company systems
* Using Microsoft Excel and other software to manage records, reports, and spreadsheets
* Supporting workshop operations with general administrative tasks
* Working efficiently and professionally in a busy environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service and administration
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail
* Confident telephone and face-to-face communication skills
* Experience working in a vehicle workshop or similar environment is desirable
* Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
