Roles/Responsibilities
* Create and develop 3D models and detailed drawings for a range of mechanical attachments, ensuring they are suitable for manufacture
* Work closely with internal teams to turn concepts and customer requirements into practical, cost:effective design solutions
* Communicate with suppliers and external partners to resolve technical queries and support design updates
* Collaborate with the shop floor to ensure designs are manufacturable and make adjustments where needed
* Support ongoing product improvements by reviewing existing designs and suggesting enhancements
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in mechanical design, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments
* Proficient in 3D CAD software, ideally SolidWorks
* Practical understanding of translating designs into manufacturable products
* Hands:on, detail:oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Exposure to fabrication, sheet metal, or heavy equipment design is advantageous but not essential
