This mid-sized firm is seeking an additional Private Client Lawyer with at least 2 years' experience.
The firm provides a supportive environment and has many long-term employees, some having worked there for over 30 years! The firm values a personal approach and does not aim to become a large corporate entity.
The role is for a Private Client Lawyer at the firm's Plymouth office. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow the private client department... for the right person this could be your baby!
Responsibilities:
1. Grow the private client department in the Plymouth office
2. Work collaboratively with existing team members, including the Head of Department
3. Engage in marketing and networking activities to build the firm's presence in the Plymouth market if you wish
4. Progress towards partnership
Salary and benefits:
1. Excellent salary dependent on experience
2. Work from home options available after probation, up to two days per week
3. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
4. Good pension scheme with up to 5% matched by partners
5. Good bonus scheme based on hitting targets
About you:
* Minimum of two years post-qualification experience (PQE)
* Mid-range experience and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Enthusiastic about growing and developing something new within the firm
* Comfortable with networking and marketing activities
