Shifts available Saturday - Sunday, 7.00am - 8.00pm; Weekdays Mon, Weds, Thurs 6.00pm - 10.00pm. This is a part-time/permanent contract role for a Customer Advisor at B&Q Inverness.
Salary UK Notional hourly rate £12.98 per hour (Inclusive of a £0.27 per hour, store location allowance).
What’s the job?
Join our team as a Customer Advisor and you’ll become an expert advisor and a guide for customers. You’ll get to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Responsibilities include sales, stock management, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great. You may be trained in paint-mixing and timber cutting, but outstanding customer service is your main aim.
What We Need
We’re looking for someone who is happy to help, eager to learn, and passionate about home improvement. You should be friendly and outgoing, enjoy helping others, and open to using new technology and ways of working. You’ll work well in a team and have a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
