Commercial Property Solicitor - Colchester with hybrid working
Client
A Legal 500 recommended practice with ambitious plans for growth
Role
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters
* Provide clear, practical advice to a range of clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, property development and strategic land projects, commercial landlord/tenant matters and portfolio/estate management
* Support the corporate team with transactions involving property elements
You
* 2+ years PQE
* Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and landlord/tenant issues
* A client-centered approach and excellent interpersonal skills
* A proactive attitude towards business development
* Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
