Overview
HR and Payroll Administrator at GXO Logistics, Inc. in Tamworth, supporting Premier Foods. This is a full-time, permanent on-site role, predominantly working Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times.
What you’ll do on a typical day
* Accurate collation and production of colleague payroll
* Support the HR team to deliver a first-class on-site people service, ensuring legal compliance with all HR and payroll practices
* Investigate and correct any payroll queries effectively and efficiently
* Maintain up-to-date details on people data and produce HR reports and statistics
* Perform other duties reasonably required of the role as requested by management
What you need to succeed at GXO
* Ability to work on own initiative, while working under pressure in a continually changing and demanding environment
* Payroll processing knowledge
* Experience in using Time & Attendance Systems
* Excellent levels of written and verbal communication

Salary up to £26,546.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
