Are you the right person for the job?
* Has proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
* Is passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and delivering exceptional dining experiences
* Possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
* Is highly organised and thrives under pressure
* Holds relevant food safety and hygiene qualifications (Level 3 Food Safety Certificate preferred)
What will your role look like?
* Take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional food
* Design and develop creative menus for the restaurant, events, and special occasions
* Manage food costs, stock control, and supplier relationships to maximise efficiency and profitability
* Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
* Train, mentor, and inspire your team to consistently achieve excellence
