Housing provider in Berkshire are currently looking to recruit a permanent senior planned works surveyor to join their asset management team permanently. Purpose of the role: To project manage planned component replacement programmes across all stock, ensuring robust financial and management information is maintained. Recruit, support and manage a team of Surveyors, allocating and overseeing all works assigned to them, including the planned component replacements, major works and planned maintenance programmes alongside energy efficiency projects.
