Job Title: Production Operative
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Department: Production
Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off, 6:00 - 18:00 / 18:00 - 6:00 (days & nights rotation)
Role Purpose
To support the manufacturing, packaging, and inspection of products to a high-quality standard while ensuring safety, productivity, and continuous improvement on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate machinery/equipment per SOPs to maintain product quality and safety.
* Meet output targets.
* Monitor equipment performance, report quality or safety issues promptly.
* Perform basic maintenance (TPM) and record activities as required.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
* Complete shift handovers effectively to ensure schedule continuity.
* Support compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies.
* Participate in required training and report compliance concerns.
* Carry out any additional duties as required by the Supervisors or Management.
This is initially a 3-month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of being extended.
