Top‑tier US law firm is seeking a hands‑on Technical Support Analyst with a strong technical background to oversee and coordinate first‑ and second‑line IT support in its London office, located near Liverpool Street.
Base pay range
* Salary to £65,000
* 09:30‑18:00 + office based (Monday‑Friday)

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Technology Support Analyst
* Serve as the senior technical support resource for the London office, providing on‑site first and second‑line support.
* Act as escalation point for complex or high‑profile technical issues.
* Assist the Regional IT Manager in managing team workload, IT coverage, and ticket queues.
* Deputise for the Regional IT Manager when they are away from the office.
* Maintain and update the hardware inventory for the London office.
* Build, configure and deploy firm‑standard laptops in accordance with established procedures.
* Support mobile devices (iPhones, Androids, iPads) under the firm’s Intune management system.
* Provide support for audio‑visual systems, including laptop/projector setups, videoconferencing, teleconferencing, and display screens.
* Act as a mentor to the existing Technical Support Analyst.
Skills & Requirements of the Senior Technology Support Analyst
* Previous experience working in an IT role within a law firm.
* Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities, with experience of managing end‑to‑end tasks that require multiple touch points.
* Excellent client service skills and ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.
