Available working hours will vary each week, and can range anywhere from 0 to 40 hours.
Duties and responsibilities related to the Commis Chef role
Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes to hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
Follow recipes and portion controls accurately.
Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations.
Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Assist with receiving and checking deliveries.
Minimize food waste and maintain quality standards.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team for smooth service.
