Shift patterns: 40 hour working week, Monday to Friday, 07:45-16:15 with a 30 minute unpaid break

If you answered yes, we're now looking for a Warehouse Team Leader who will play an integral role in the prisoners' lives, working with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Leading a group of prisoners in a warehouse environment, whilst also being hands on with warehouse operations such as goods in, dispatch, order processing
* Reconciling stock levels within the warehouse operation (based on-site at the prison)
* Managing the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to the inmates
* Ensuring operational targets are met and exceeded
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Can provide three years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance)
* This role requires existing right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available
* Are comfortable working in a prison environment, alongside inmates
* Have good communication skills
* Have a good understanding of warehouse processes – but it's not a deal breaker as we will provide full training!
* Have their own or dependable transport for the shift times as the site is remote
