Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Senior Client Manager to join our Client Engagement Team. This role can be based out of any of our UK offices.
Your Role
You will join a client-centric law firm advising UK’s leading businesses and public sector organizations. Your responsibilities include developing significant client relationships, influencing our Client Programme strategy, and working closely with Client Relationship Partners and their teams. You will be supported by a Client Development Executive and professionals from BD, Knowledge Management, L&D, ED&I, Sustainability, Risk, and IT teams.
Working with the Lead Client Programme Manager, you will help evolve our Key Account and Client Listening Programmes and contribute to best practice initiatives. You will collaborate with other Business Services teams to align with our clients’ businesses and future needs.
Internally you will:
* Create and implement strategic client development plans.
* Lead client team meetings to share knowledge and identify cross-selling opportunities.
* Share best practices in relationship investment and service delivery.
* Engage proactively with client and business teams.
* Utilize CRM and other tools for client insights.
* Shape and develop the firm’s Client Listening Programme.
* Support governance of the Client Engagement Programme through reporting and reviews.
* Communicate client work within the firm.
Externally you will:
* Broaden relationships across the client’s organization and TLT.
* Map relationships to identify growth opportunities.
* Manage delivery of contractual requirements and BID promises.
* Develop insights on key issues for clients.
* Lead Relationship Review meetings and follow-up actions.
* Build your network with client contacts.
* Lead panel reviews and share client information for sales.
* Promote client work through external channels.
Your Skills and Experience
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
* Proven client management/business development experience in professional services.
* Knowledge of key industry sectors is advantageous.
* Enthusiastic, confident, proactive, persistent, and resilient.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Financial literacy.
* Ability to work under pressure and complete major projects.

* Positive and good-humored attitude.
* Graduate or equivalent qualification.
