Service Care Legal are partnering with a London borough council to recruit a skilled Property Lawyer on a 3-month contract basis, with the potential for ongoing work. This role requires a qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate to manage a varied property law caseload. Job Title: Property Lawyer Location: North West London Contract: 3 months (potentially ongoing), 36 hours per week Rate: £50.00ph umbrella / £44.11ph PAYE inc. holiday pay / £39.36ph PAYE exc. Holiday pay Please note that this role would require office attendance 1 day per week.
