Compliance Contracts Officer
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £38,731 - £43,521 per annum
Are you passionate about ensuring safety and compliance across property services? We’re looking for a Compliance Contracts Officer to join our team and help manage landlord compliance, contracts, and contractors.
About the Role
As a Compliance Contracts Officer, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the delivery of landlord asset compliance programmes including Fire, Water, Asbestos, LOLER, and other regulatory inspections. You’ll:
* Monitor and report on compliance, identifying and addressing non-compliance issues.
* Ensure works are completed in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Support procurement processes and manage contractor performance.
* Carry out inspections and support refurbishment, maintenance, and repair works.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* A minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a compliance-related field.
* Strong working knowledge of the ‘Big 6’ compliance areas in housing.
* Experience in landlord compliance, contract procurement, and contractor management.
* Ability to analyse complex data and produce clear, auditable reports.
* A full valid driving licence and flexibility to attend meetings outside core hours.

This role is full time Monday to Friday, with hybrid working available.
