Regional Field Service Operations Manager Central England/North Wales

As a Regional Field Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the field service personnel within the designated area. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of field service engineers providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company and departmental policies and procedures.
2. Strategic Planning: Manage, implement, and develop strategic plans to deliver departmental objectives and contractual service level agreements.
3. Resource Allocation: Effectively utilise resources, including manpower to optimise service delivery and meet customer demands.
