TR2 Recruitment are working with a well respected client in the Newcastle area who are looking for an experienced Curriculum Leader to join their Higher Education Healthcare department.
This role will see successful candidates working alongside the Head of Curriculum supporting them in building and developing the department, ensuring the targets are hit each year and student engagement is boosted.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing a team of 12 staff members.
2. Ensuring the department meets its targets each year.
3. Boosting student engagement.
4. Conducting appraisals and managing team performance.
5. Teaching for 12 hours per week.
Requirements:
1. Experience in Higher Education.
2. Understanding of quality standards in Higher Education.
3. Previous experience in Health & Social Care.
This position is permanent and will be paying £47,899 per year.
