Payrate:£14.18 per hour flat rate
Shift Times: Days 8:00am - 21:00pm & Waking Nights 21:00pm - 8:00am - We are looking for full time and part time applicants.
A face-to-face Interview Day for this role will take place on Monday 9th February 2026 that you will be invited to if successful from a 1st stage telephone interview. Attendance is mandatory as it forms a key part of the interview and selection process if successful at pre-screen.
Mandatory training will take place in Lincoln during the week commencing 23rd February 2026. Attendance at this training is required. If you are unable to attend during this week, you will be required to travel to Doncaster for training either before or after these dates.
This is a role to work specifically with an individual who likes to be active and creative. They are autistic and wheelchair user and require support from staff that value honesty and respect.
