Senior Support Worker
Location: St Neots (PE19)
Salary: £15.25 - £15.85* per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Manor Farm.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a team of Support Workers
* Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
* Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
* Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
* Liaise with health professionals and their families
* Complete supervisions and audits
* Ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home

Eligibility & Requirements
NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Support Worker experience with enthusiasm and commitment to company values. Applicants must be over the age of 18.
