1. Provide expert advice and guidance on complex and high-risk employee relations matters, ensuring outcomes are fair, legally compliant, and aligned with business goals.
2. Support and coach managers on a wide range of ER issues including performance, conduct, absence, grievances, and probation.
3. Take the lead on formal processes such as disciplinary and grievance hearings, ensuring documentation and correspondence are handled efficiently and professionally.
4. Design and deliver practical, engaging training sessions to equip managers with the tools and confidence to manage people effectively and consistently.
