What You’ll Do
Provide emotional, practical, and advocacy support to vulnerable adults
Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns
Ensure the rights of adults at risk are protected
Keep accurate records and attend team and strategy meetings
Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to improve outcomes
