What you’ll do: Take ownership of the month-end process across multiple ledgers (EMEA). Handle accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations. Rotate through core month-end, project work and balance sheet reviews each cycle – no two weeks are the same. Support with financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision making. Investigate issues, resolve queries, and contribute to process improvements. What we’re looking for: Part-qualified or studying (ACCA, AAT, CIMA) with ambition to grow. Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data. Experience in general ledger, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet work. Someone who’s curious, proactive, and comfortable investigating and finding solutions. A confident communicator who can build relationships across finance and non-finance teams.
