Come and join our Hotel Services Team – we’re offering an exciting opportunity for current bank staff to transition into permanent roles within our Hotel Services – Domestic Department across all four Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust sites. These are substantive contracts of up to 37.5 hours per week.

* Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
* Deliver exceptional customer care with courtesy, efficiency, and a commitment to a positive patient experience.
* Provide a high‑quality cleaning service in line with Trust policies and the National Standards of Cleanliness 2025.
* Actively contribute to raising standards and improving service delivery.
* Uphold Infection Control Policies and consistently demonstrate behaviours aligned with Trust Values, helping to minimise healthcare‑associated risks.
