Im supporting a growing, international organisation looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide interim support within a busy and collaborative IT team. This is a hands‑on role focused on delivering day‑to‑day IT support across a multi‑site user base.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1st & 2nd line support via tickets, phone, Teams and walk‑ups
* Troubleshoot hardware, software and end‑user issues across laptops, mobile devices and applications
* Monitor and manage tickets within a service desk system, ensuring SLAs and response times are met
* Set up and configure new user devices and accounts
* Work closely with wider IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
* Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base improvements
* Support continuous improvement of the service desk and user experience
Experience Required
* 3‑4 years experience in IT Service Desk or IT Support roles
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Office 365 and general IT hardware
* Exposure to cloud environments such as Azure and Intune
* Structured and process‑driven approach, with awareness of audit and compliance
* Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload
