Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a range of SEND needs. Assist in delivering differentiated and accessible teaching across the curriculum. Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing using trauma-informed practice, nurture and restorative approaches. Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils while promoting independence. Work effectively as part of a team and follow teacher and SEN guidance. Be proactive, enthusiastic and adaptable when supporting diverse learner needs.
