Crown Worldwide Group currently has an opening for a HGV Driver/ Fine Art Technician
Location: Stockwell (SW4), London
Crown Fine Art is seeking the best in Fine Art Technicians with HGV qualifications to join our highly reputable, international team providing quality services in secure transportation, storage, installation and de-installation within the world of museums, galleries, auction houses and private collectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fine Art handling from packing/unpacking to installation/de-installation.
2. Driving and operating Crown Fine Art vehicles from HGV to sprinter type.
3. Oversee loading, securing, unloading artworks onto and from vehicle.
4. Complete all necessary paperwork in full and accurately, including consignment notes and timesheets.
5. Carry out all necessary driver vehicle checks in accordance with VOSA requirements.
Professional Skills, Qualifications, Expectations
1. Must hold HGV C Licence
2. High level of professionalism in customer-facing role
3. Knowledge of handling and transporting high value and cultural heritage objects is essential
4. Experienced art handler to white glove service
5. Must be flexible with working hours as reasonably requested by the Operations Manager, overtime payment available
