BTI is currently seeking a dynamic, professional and self-motivated Sales Manager for UK & Ireland.
Purpose of the role:
The UK & Ireland Sales Manager will lead the Sales Team in the UK and Ireland, ensuring strong commercial growth, excellence in customer service and full alignment with the company’s sales objectives. This role requieres a hands-on leader with solid experience in the dental industry, capable of driving sales, managing the sales team and building strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Key responsibilities:
* Commercial leadership and revenue growth:
Develop and execute the UK & Ireland commercial strategy to achieve annual sales and margin targets.
Expand market penetration for BTI product lines.
Lead customer acquisition and retention.
Ensure high-quality activity management through CRM (Salesforce).
Analyse market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs.
* Sales team management:
Manage, motivate, and develop the sales team.
Set monthly and weekly objectives.
Conduct field visits and visits with the team to support performance and identify growth opportunities.
Lead recruitment processes for new team members as needed.
* KOLs, Universities and Clinical Partnerships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs in implant dentistry and oral surgery.
Drive collaboration with universities, training centers, and leading clinicians.
Support and coordinate local training events, workshops, and congress participation.
* Financial Management:
Monitor commercial OPEX and commercial expenses.
Implement sales company policies and maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
Required profile:
* Education and experience.
University degree required; background in Business, Life Sciences, or Dentistry appreciated.
Minimum 5 years of commercial leadership experience in medical devices or dental implants.
Proven track record in sales growth, team management, and market development.
