Position Overview: My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum of 2-years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on a variety of real estate matters including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, and development work. Candidates must be able to work without much guidance and hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assisting a Partner with the caseload of sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, and development work.
· Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
· Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.
Qualifications + Experience:
· At least 2-years of experience working in real estate law
· A degree from a UK university
· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
· Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
