Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality drama lessons to students in primary and secondary education
* Creating and delivering engaging and dynamic lesson plans
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop and direct school productions
* Assessing and providing feedback on students' progress and performance
* Supporting the development of students' confidence and communication skills through drama
* Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
* Keeping up to date with advancements in drama education and incorporating them into teaching practice
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Drama or a relevant field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching drama to primary or secondary school students
* Strong knowledge of drama education curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to inspire and engage students in the performing arts
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team
* Passion for drama education and fostering students' creativity and confidence
